Pretty young in the reloading game, but I’ve used CFE 223 with a 62 gr FMJ, ranging from 24.5 - 26.9 gr, getting 2586-2934 fps respectively, out of an 18” criterion barrel in an AR15. It produced acceptable accuracy and was quite consistent (single digit SDs).
