Sep 22, 2023 · A well known bug. Launch game console, click the door in first view (you may see 'Door' and several letters and numbers). Close console. Enjoy. I ve fixed it realy easy. Console doesnt work for many people and disables achievements. I've had a number of bugs related to having a commandeered ship. It became invisible.

Had this bug as well, so I loaded the automated from inside the doorway of the ship and created a manual save. Got it to work after reloading a few times, trying to auto course it to check its parts, then completely closing the game and restarting it.
