About 25 years ago I loaded 20 gauge skeet loads with 700X powder into Remington RXP hulls with SP20 wads and 7/8 ounce shot. As I recall the load was around 13 grains. At the time it was a published load in the DuPont reloaders guide. I ran thousands of these loads through my Remington 100 ..., D L Marcum said: Down Range does make the DRV-20 Versalite wad, which can be used in place of the PC-20 wad, or for that matter, any load calling for a WAA-20 wad or any of it's clones. This is true for all 7/8 oz. loads. They do not work well for 3/4 oz. loads. For 3/4 oz. loads, the best wads are the WAA-20 OEM wad, and the Orange Duster. DLM.
