I know it could be weeks before I actually go into labor and I do want baby to cook a bit more, but my doc is fine with it, but I'm still happy and feel like I'm making some progress!!, If your cervix dilation shows 1 centimeter at 36 weeks, does this show it as a sign of labor? How much do you need to dilate before labor begins?
