Because of the lower back firmness adjustment, LiveBack, and sliding lumbar pad (optional & easy to remove if you don't like it) - my go to recommendation for back pain is always the Leap chair (V1, V1 Highback, or V2 - all have pretty similar back support, with the V1 HB / V2 being a slightly taller and more upright back). Size felt small as I was used to chairs with more real estate. Felt like more of my leg and back were exposed to the air and I'm just 5'8. The seat was bucket shaped, so it didn't go well with my preference of widening my legs in a V shape.
