I Start my X today after dinner and the service engine+SLIP+VDC Lights go off. WTF!! I reseted the errors by turning the key to the on position 3 times and then Starting the X.. but now the Service Engine light won't turn off... so tomorrow is off to the delearship.. hope they don't hose me over too much for thisone

What I have seen on the xterra is the steering angle sensors out of adjust, this will turn on the lights. You will have to reset with the nissan scan tool, for center wheel adjustment setting. When I turn off the car and then it back on, none of the lights come on until I start driving. I looked online for a fix and get everything from a blown ABS/STOP LIGHT fuse to replacing the ABS sensor. Most solutions I see are only for when the same lights ..., VDC off light and slip light. I have a 2011 Nissan Frontier V6 4.0 liter. The check engine light is on and the other two lights pip on periodically. When the VDC and slip lights come on my truck revs itself up and down but won't go over 2k rpm even pushing the gas. With just the service engine soon light the truck still runs good with no issues ...
