There is no reward for doing so but you can still do that to unlock the 24h challenge. That being said, it might be better for you to wait a bit before finishing the basic challenge if they still take that long to clear, progressing through the ..., Hacks provide permanent bonuses to various features and can be leveled up by allocating R3. Each level provides a small bonus, but every certain number of levels, hacks reach a milestone, which gives a multiplicative bonus to the total hack bonus, and stacks multiplicatively. Hacks persist all progress through rebirths.
