I was going to initially weld it but after doing some practice on some scraps I determined that I as was not to proficient at welding that thin of aluminum with my current welder that does not support pulses.Two things I highly recommend doing: -Drawing as straight of a line as you can draw parallel to the long edge of the board about 3" from that edge for the whole length of the board.
