I had my powerjet only 2 turns out, it did seem to hand up 1/2-3/4 throttle so the pj makes sence. It went pretty well. The only issue was that the idle was set quite high from the factory so it wouldn’t start with the 1/4 turn of throttle as instructed. I’ve adjusted it down and it seems to be fine.
