Don’t install the screws. Install the hose on the clutch bleeder valve and on the syringe. Open the bleeder valve a turn and a half and draw back on the syringe.Try properly charging the battery. If your 1500 vulcan won't start... It's not the sidestand switch, if it won't start. It just won't run with sidestand "down" and in gear, with the clutch out. So here's the troubleshoot. First check the battery voltage. It should be 12.5 or more. Then check that the positive and negative connection are clean and tight on the battery.
