Hi there, my Invitae NIPT test came back a positive marker for XYY (jacobs syndrome). My fetal fraction was low, 4%. From there I decided to do an amnio at 15 weeks and the results came back false positive. When I was talking with other XYY tested women waiting on results - the outcome was about 50/50 for true positives.
