I forgot to scan my chick fil a app

It's been a while since we stopped at Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. My issue came when I forgot to scan my app for points. The manager said I'd have to do all sorts of things to get my points onto my app. The app needs work. Other apps allow you to scan your receipts if you forget to do it.
