How to reset spypoint flex

Yesterday morning my SPYPOINT Flex camera sent 1 picture of my target buck then some message about SD Card issue. I haven't gotten a picture since and SPYPOINTs customer no service simply tells me I need a new SD card! That's it for me I am not buying anymore from them. I'll just go swap this flex out with a Tactacam I have.
