How to get rookie premiere tokens madden 24

I have been contacting EA help for over a week by mode of chats, twitter, and calling. I only received 11 of my 12 rookie premiere tokens earned in Madden 22 for Madden 23. So, I cannot do what I want. I am hesitant to use ant tokens until this resolved.

I logged into madden for early access and realized I had rookie premier tokens so I go to redeem them but I can only redeem one out of my 3. Long story short I contacted ea support and talked for awhile and one person said I need to wait till launch day of the game. Then the other said to post about it on here so I did. Each team in the AFC and NFC gets a free 32 99 OVR card as part of this promotion. Each of these cards is for a player from the 2022 NFL draft.
