I went ahead and counted clicks as there was no info available and from 0 to the 2mg mark is 74 clicks. Divide in half (36) and unwind the dial and count to 36, make a mark on the dial for the future and 36 clicks to get (approximately) 0.5 mg. Every 0.25mg is 18 clicks. So if you need to take 0.5mg you would do 36 clicks.
