I never saw the combat shotgun ever again. I guess GTA:O "thinks" that I already found the combat shotgun on my first attempt on the heist (which is correct), so it doesn't reappear any more. On the other hand, it seems to have "forgotten" that fact whenever I enter an Ammunation store.
