PKs give you combat focused rewards, survivors give you parkour based rewards. For me personally I tend to give 4 facilities to the PKs to get the crossbow, and I give 3 to the survivors. I just got the crossbow and maaaaan am i glad i helped the PK. I feel that the PK give better territory perks than the Survivors.

Many people died when they first injected with inhibitors. Only a select few survived and became nightrunners. On the other hand, PK do all the heavy lifting all by themselves.
