I traded a 43X for a 43X MOS specifically for this reason. Correct, the rail will allow you to mount lights/lasers. I believe a regular slide version with a rail is coming. The 507k is the best bang for your buck but the rmrcc is a great option if your gonna get your slide milled specifically for it.I was going to trade my 43x for a 43x MOS.
