Try setting the "Scaling Filter" within the "Performance" tab of the right side menu to "FSR". You should immediately see an improvement. You shouldn't need to restart the game. Try using unsafe mode in the CPU settings, testing the performance tweaks, it will make the game run faster. As for the 60 FPS, have in mind that the 60 FPS DLC is the only way to go above the 30 FPS, you can download the DLC from Yuzu website. 2. Skyrim is also a classic open world world game if you haven’t played it. You can play BotW itself, via CEMU or Yuzu. Witcher 3 kind of gives me BotW vibes, although obviously it’s much more gruesome.
