The German Shepherd and Golden Retriever mix breed is a highly energetic dog that requires plenty of physical activity. These dogs are active by nature and need an environment that allows them to play and exercise regularly., Currently, I have a Labrador Retriever / Great Pyrenees (which we call a Great Lab), a Shepherd / Beagle (which we call a Sheagle), and a Golden Retriever / Great Pyrenees (a Golden Pyrenees). These days, a lot of people are purposely choosing hybrid dog breeds or designer dog breeds instead of everyday mutts and rescue dogs.
