Actual storage facility- directly north of the last base location is a storage facility which is also walled in minus 2 entrances. Warehouse : It's near to the city, you can have crops on the roof, many crates inside, huge parking ans some grass all around to have crops again. Just build a wall all around and it's all good. Garages : Already have walls on 3 sides. You can close the 4th if you want. Decent place, but there is no floor. If large bases aren't your thing, you could pick just one home inside the gated community - each one is individually pretty simple to seal off, with one entrance to the inside and the rest surrounded by tall fences. 4., A fun challenge I saw a long time ago was to finish building the started construction there.
